Taylor's Guestbook

I had just 'discovered' Taylor's music when I read about her death... so sad that such a blossoming talent has had her life cut short in such a way. I will continue to listen to her music I am sure many, many more people will.

This was indeed a tragic accident & a great loss to the world of music.

Unfortunately, Some people are advocating the mass slaughter of all the Coyotes in the Park! ...Typical, knee jerk reactions of act first ... think later!

When humans kill for Sport or Revenge, they only exhibit some of the worst traits we have in our make up & I don't believe that Taylor Mitchell, as an environmentalist herself, would wish to see any revenge killings in her name!

The fact that the numbers of these animals may be on the increase, is probably down to man's interference with their habitat, food sources & predators.

So, rather than kill these animals in her name, they should start a foundation or trust in her name instead, designed to sort out the rightful place of these animals in that environment & with education programs teach future generations how best to use those wide open spaces, safely.

To Taylors family:
the first time I heard a song from Taylor is a few minutes ago but I knew from the first minute, that she was very talented. Just the songs I heard at were all that kind of songs to listen closer. In time she would have become very famous.
To lose a child is always hard, to lose it so early even harder. No one, who was not in this situation before can feel in anyway what you are going through.
I just can wish you strength.

Taylor's loss is magnified tenfold by the tragic circumstances. The loss of one so young, a true flower of nature, is not in the right order of things. I think so many people from different walks of life, and parts of the world, are so touched by her loss, and wish to share the grief and sadness and send their distant blessing to her family and friends because she was obviously such a good, homegrown girl with a big smile and a truely good heart. That kind of youth stands out today in a special kind of light. She was raised well and her family will be hurting incredibly. I wish her family and friends strength to get through these sad times. I hope her friends and those close can write down their many good memories of her and pass them on to her family so they can have extra things to treasure in the comming years. A mother's tears for her child are so full of pain and are something so painful to see and I wish her special blessings at this time.

Mother, in your memory, when you look at my smile
I know you'll be sitting there, please just sit a while, rest your broken heart.
My mind was full of brightest sunshine and lovely melodic rhyme
And I dearly loved the green fields and, too, those wonderful, yet dangeous, wilds.
You will always see your dear dear child
The one who you carried for many a mile
Wrapped up as a babe in your loving warm arms
You tirelessly nurtured me 'til I reached a rare and fine womanhood
But now the journey I had undertaken has taken me away,
I was trying to do what I loved to do, to spread my wings and to fly.
I know you're so proud of me, even now as you cry.
It was too early for me to go as my heart was still yet so full of song
But the journey is always uncertain, nothing's for sure, but atleast I can say to you, Mother, I so tried.
We will be together again one day, you know, and I will sing you another song,
But until then please be strong for me, and our beloved ones, and carry on.
