We did not know Taylor, we were on a vacation in Cape Breton and were in the National Park at the same time as she was. We stayed in Cheticamp and in the morning, we heard the radio reports of her death. We were very shocked, and sad. On our return home, I have listened to her music and found her to be be a lovely singer. She has touched our lives in a totally unexpected way. Our prayers go out to her family.

My prayers and condolences to the family and friends for Taylor's loss as well. Emily must be absolutely elated from the outpouring of messages from people all over the world. I'm very impressed to read such messages from every corner on this earth who are touched by Taylor's life. Amazing.
